To do or not to do...That is the question...

Heavenly indeed...it's a thought...why should I listen to someone if I'm not interested in it....why should I follow what my friends ask me (what she ask is not a bad thing), but my heart says "please leave me alone, I want to do what I like"....it becomes hard to say no when she asked again and again...what should I do?? what should I say to her?? I don't want her to think of me as loser actually...I can do what she want, but the thing is I'm not interested in it...I just love being myself, do what I always do, be free to do what I want, study when I want, go out with friends when got time, have time to chat and dating with my BF....uhhhh...it's so confusing....I can just can tell her I don't to do it anymore, but I'm afraid it will hurt her...she is hoping on me...please show me a way...what else can I do now... to tell her or not to tell her... I think I have to tell her about this, but how?? again I'm stuck... what should I do...what should I do... what should I do...

(p/s: there's someone cooking now, making me hungry)

Boredom

Boredom is an emotional state experienced during periods lacking activity or when individuals are uninterested in their surroundings. Boredom has been defined by C. D. Fisher in terms of its central psychological processes: “an unpleasant, transient affective state in which the individual feels a pervasive lack of interest in and difficulty concentrating on the current activity. M. R. Leary and others describe boredom as “an affective experience associated with cognitive attentional processes. In positive psychology, boredom is described as a response to a moderate challenge for which the subject has more than enough skill. There are three types of boredom, all of which involve problems of engagement of attention. These include times when we are prevented from engaging in some wanted activity, when we are forced to engage in some unwanted activity, or when we are simply unable, for no apparent reason, to maintain engagement in any activity or spectacle. Boredom is a condition characterized by perception of one's environment as dull, tedious, and lacking in stimulation. This can result from leisure and a lack of aesthetic interests.

Thats is the definition of the boredom... and I'm feeling it rite now... Very complicated to describe it philosophically, but it is what it is... uhhhh.... I need something to overcome it... Sleep is one of the option, but no way... would be having headache later... Internet surfing is interesting when there are something to surf... whoever had described boredom should have tell how to release it... hahaha... boring....boring...boring....
